- "Location to Casey Stadium;marble shower accent was unexpected"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Expected hot breakfast choices. Should state they provide Continental breakfast selections only no elevator so my son had difficulty using his crutches (injury was a temporary sport injury) No wake-up call was received so we overslept; alarm clock not operational as well"

- "Check in was fast and the location was great. We didn't have to venture far to any attraction or dining."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Well we stayed in room #145 which was on the ground floor. I didn't like the fact that the door handle and lock assembly on the front security door was coming off and separated from the door. I didn't like that there was an empty whiskey bottle behind the first bed along with a number of dead crickets and cigarette butts. The desk chair was all beat up on the back rest and appeared as if someone removed and salvaged it from the dumpster. While taking a shower the drain was stopped up and would not drain properly. The remote control for the television would only work when you held it upside down but this was probably due to the battery compartment door missing."
