pretty hard to wake up in the mornings. The small kitchenette ( I stayed
in the Apart Hotel) I didnt end up using, but it looked decent, and
there was a special separator so you could make the kitchen basically
disappear into the wall. Overall I was overly happy with my stay at
Apart Hotel Neruda." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The front desk for the Apart Hotel Neruda sucked. They were absolutely useless. Good thing you can check in and do everything else on the Hotel Neruda side where the service is amazingly attentive."

- "The staff was amazing! So friendly and very customer-oriented.
Everyone we interacted with was that way too, so it was very nice.
Also the location was perfect and it was very easy to get everywhere.
The breakfast buffet was also very nice. Thank you for a very
enjoyable stay!" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I have no complaints. Our heater duct was disconnected from the wall, but we didn't end up needing the heat or we would have called the front desk for assistance. It would be nice to have access to tea and coffee in the room after hours since there was a hot water kettle in our room, but we couldn't make anything with it. We went down to the front desk to get tea bags but they said since the breakfast area was closed we could not get tea or coffee for the room."
