- "Great place to stay - we felt immediately welcomed and everyone did all they could to make our honeymoon memorable, including making us breakfasts to take away on early morning tours which was very welcomed at 5am. The lodge is a bit out of town - 20 mins walk from town...but this is part of what we enojyed. The road got darker and darker walking back from town meaning the sky full of stars got brighter - such wonderful star gazing every night! And we got a view of the volcano from our bedroom. Would definitely recommend."

- "The only thing would be the walls between rooms are quite thin - we were kept up one night by a noisy Spanish couple. Thankfully they only stayed the one night."

- "If you like a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in a small hotel where
all guests get to know each other and where you get personal attention
from the friendly owner and the staff, then you are right at this hotel.
The owner put a lot of thought and effort into decoration and small
amenities to give it a personal touch. There is a comfortable and well
equipped wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna, massage etc. The Lodge is
located about 1km outside San Pedro which will make for a very quiet
stay and gorgeous stary night. You can use the free bicycles to get to
San Pedro (about 5 minutes) and explore the area around. There are
cheaper hostels in San Pedro. But for those of you who like this very
special atmosphere the price is definitely worth it!"
