What did you like the most?: "Reasonable food,pleasant staff"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Appallingly bad management leading tolack of service when needed.nobody was available from 3o/c thursday to tues to fix telephone and tv which were faulty,NO manager available either to complain TO.all in all a nasty experience as we did not like to hassle the staff who were obviously let down by the management"

What did you like the most?: "Close to where I had meetings on successive days."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Front desk didn't have record of the booking I'd made by www.booking.com early that day. After 5hr drive from Surrey, tired; thirsty & hungry I had to wait nearly 10min whilst it was sorted. I ordered the Daily Telegraph for next morning. It wasn't delivered. I pointed this out to front desk before breakfast. One wasn't provided, but it was on the bill until I suggested it was removed. Once again, the water pressure of the shower in my room was little more than a dribble. Satisfied? No."
