What did you like the most?: "The wonderfully comfortable beds, the pool/sauna etc and the friendly staff on reception, in the spa and in the breakfast room Breakfast was delicious too."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Room service was dreadful - we ordered wine and another drink and it came an hour later, after a second phone call to reception. The second two drinks never arrived at all. I understand that there was a wedding happening but as the hotel is well used to events like this on Saturdays, surely this should not have been an issue? We were also very disappointed not to be able to eat in the restaurant. We asked as soon as we'd checked in but no tables were available all night. If we'd known there was such a shortage of tables for guests we would have booked a table when we reserved our room. The meal in the pub was mediocre and service was very slow,"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Due to some roadworks we had some difficulties to find our way from the main road but that is not under the control of the hotel"

What did you like the most?: "Lovely pool and spa area. Our room was very pretty too."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Simply that there was a wedding party on both the Saturday night and again on Sunday. Hotel staff were very busy coping with large numbers and it meant that we couldnt use the hotel bar on Saturday evening, and on Sunday we came down for breakfast at 9.40 am and had to wait until the staff topped up the buffet etc. This was done but slowly as they looked exhausted! .....We didnt really like to think that our food orders were an inconvenience - especially as we were staying in a four star hotel.........."
