- "The hotel interior is lovely, the room decor was lovely and very clean. The staff were friendly and the food was nice."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The noise from the street outside our room was very, very loud. It was as if the window was open (but it wasn't, we checked several times), so with pb goers on the streets til past 2am, getting any sleep before they all cleared off home was impossible. Our room was 285. I would NEVER stay in the hotel again unless I was given a room with better sound-proofing. It was a real shame as the hotel was lovely other than that. Secondary glazing could have solved the problem and I can not be the first person to complain abut this. Food for thought."
