What did you like the most?: "For my visit the location was fantastic. The staff were extremely good
- I arrived late due to travelling from Germany and thekitchen was due
to close shortly after myarrival but when I asked abouta meal a
message was sent to the kitchen that I would be ordering in about 5
minutes and my case was carried upstairs for me. I was also given
extremely good information about trains and the best place to change
one line to the other. All staff were very helpful and this made my
visit much more pleasant."

What did you like the most?: "Fantastic hotel !! Kew is a beautiful area, great location . Rooms , staff & food were fab.
Will defo be staying again . The price was brilliant also ;D"
