What did you like the most?: "The beds were comfortable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The carpet in room 12 was stained and the tube from the shower head to the taps had a leak. The late night receptionist was too matter of fact (probably due to the graveyard shift), needs to be more customer-friendly. Only 1 packet of biscuit between 2 adults & a 9 year old (guess who got the biscuit?)"

What did you like the most?: "Every member of staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and fresh with tea making,extra pillows etc. I had a problem with my first room as the heating was jammed on. The receptionist immediately allocated me another room which was excellent.
It was a value for money overnight stay and the breakfast was fine in the morning as well."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We also had a family room which only had one extra single bed,if the boys had been much bigger that would have been an issue and family is usually 2 adults and 2 children."
