quality in room free WiFi"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Bar staff did speak English, real problem trying to get some simple service. Bathroom was not particularly clean and towel rail was broken. Room door woudl not lock ie the secondary lock, which is something I expect not to have a problem with"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Given wrong information on check-in. Given a voucher and told it was for breakfast but subsequently established this was not so when taking breakfast following morning. Also, before I checked out in the morning, when I returned from breakfast my door was propped open by a cleaner's bucket yet my money, passport and belongings were out on my desk!! Not good!! I was refunded my breakfast charge by reception on checking out so that helped compensate!"
