What did you like the most?: "The room was very nice, comfortable and well set out. Reception meet and greet was very good and also when checking out. Breakfast included in the room rate was appealing and the food selection was very good. This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express and will definately be returning in the future and would highly recommend Peterborough Alwalton to those who have not stayed there."

What did you like the most?: "My brother and I stayed at this hotel on Sat 22 Sep 12 for one night.
The cost of the stay was an excellent price. The staff were helpfull and
polite and the room was clean and to a high spec for the price. There is
a Restaurant next door were the food is nice and the beer ok. A good
spot near the show ground or for visiting people in the Marriot Hotel
around the corner. We both had a pleasant stay, and would recommend the
hotel to all except for the following. See what we didn't like."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Nothing really except for the breakfast. We both expected the breakfast wouldn't be to a high standard because of the price and the nature of their business, but really. If you like cereal, fruit, that french funny bread, then perfect, but if your taste is for a traditional breaky then forget it, it's the worst we have both ever had. It consisted of the following choices. Sausages, scrambled eggs and beans. Thats it. I cannot explain how poor the sausages were, they were that bad we both had a laugh about it. So come on Holiday inn. Your hotels are very good, but do something about the breakfast, it's the last thing people remember about what I can guess was a comfortable stay."

What did you like the most?: "Very comfortable- very clean- very modern- very well organised and managed- good breakfast food choice- fantastic location so close to East of England Show ground-"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Liked everything but suggest a spare blanket or spare duvet or thick bedcover or fleece cover could be made available in the room, in case of a sudden change of night temperature -The current duvet was rather light on a suddenly cold night- It would prevent cold customers from putting the heating on in the room at night simply because they are cold in bed! NOT ECO FRIENDLY!"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Lack of the option of an English Breakfast. Taxi freephone linked (in my experience) to a company with little local knowledge and they were unhelpful"
