- "They placed us in a room that had a horrible odor....sent up housekeeping who couldn't speak English, but brought deodorizer. Later in the evening, discovered the smell was from the carpet which was soaked. They obviously knew about it since there were room deodorizers in the outlet. Gratefully, they comped the room and moved us to another for the 2nd night, but the 1st night was pretty miserable with the stench of wet/moldy carpet. Still puzzled why they would put guests there knowing it was a problem."
