What did you like the most?: "Only the price. We arrived at 7pm at night to be told that our room wasn't ready and all the staff could offer us was a cup of tea!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We arrived at 7pm at night to be told that our room wasn't ready and all the staff could offer us was a cup of tea! Very inefficient - what if we had arrived on time at 3pm when check in starts? Not up to Hilton quality at all."

What did you like the most?: "The staff were excellent. Always friendly and helpful. I was surprised by the high quality of the food in the evening restaurant and at breakfast. Very good."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The decor and some of the furnishings were a little on the tired side and some of the rooms tended to be darker than desired because of the height and design of the building. The location, in an industrial park, was a little offputting but very convenient for minor shopping requirements like newspapers and razor blades. Drinks prices were high. Nearly ten pounds for a large glass of wine."
