- "For us the hotel was located in the neighbourhood we wanted to be. Parkingplace very conveniënt as you can park nowhere in the outskirts of Londen without being fined. For a citytrip this hotel is too far away from the city centre and no metro station nearby."

- "The hotel is in an easy to find pleasant location beside a recently developed canal basin. The bar and terrace have a pleasant outlook considering the urban location. The lobby is spacious and steps lead outside right on to the canal path - so ideal for a leg stretch after a long journey. Within one hundred yards is a sign post for several official canal walking / cycling routes. Within 500 metres is a late opening convenience store, and a little further on we found "Rosetta's" Italian bistro & restaurant where we had a most enjoyable meal.The hotel car park (see further info on pricing below) is situated directly beneath the hotel with a barrier entry system and is monitored by hotel security. It is well lit and clean with cctv, and has direct lift access to all floors above. All in all I would happily recommend the Holiday Inn at Brentford Lock. Wifi is available free of charge in the lobby area, but must be paid for if used in the hotel rooms."

- "My only moan is the price of parking! £12 overnight is quite a lot to add to the bill, however by comparison to some city center hotels who charge £30 plus - this is not as bad as it seems. Also - the car park is properly monitored and very well maintained, so this service has to be paid for somehow. Breakfast at this Holiday Inn costs £15 each. If you're on a tight budget and you have a car - take yourself off to one of the many large supermarkets in the vicinity and have a cafe breakfast."

- "Hotel location lovely set right on camel , hotel staff superb friendly & smart, hotel spotless , location was excellent 4 getting 2 concert at twickenham, with good bus route across the road the only thing I think if u stay in rooms with balcony they need a small table & chairs in all great place 2 stay x"
