- "The staff were very attentive, and out to help, which is not that common
in Chile. The location in front of the river is excellent and we had a
lovely view from the bedroom window." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "There is a serious problem in getting out of the hotel by car. The road on which the hotel is situated is a main thoroughfare and cars are going past at 30- 40 miles per hour. With cars being parked either side of the hotel exit, and indeed directly in front of the hotel it is very difficult to see if anything is coming. The mixture of the busy road, and the difficulty in seeing on-coming traffic, makes for a very dangerous combination. The hotel should look to get speed reducing measures on the main road, and restrict parking close by. We thought it was a good hotel in general, but was expensive for the standard provided."
