What did you like the most?: "The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location for us was good - a 5 minute walk to the underground where we were able to use our London Pass. It was also convenient to the airport for our departure."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We were first booked into an adjoining room and could hear the person in the next room coughing quite a lot in the first hour we were there so we asked for a different room which was accomplished immediately. Not very soundproof. The internet costs are exorbitant - 5 pounds per hour! We ate in the bar our first evening there and would not recommend it. We went in at 7:30 and lined up for 5 minutes to order and then found a table. It was busy but most people seemed to be only drinking and there were quite a few empty tables. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food to arrive (nothing complicated - a burger and a steak sandwich)! Our food was mediocre at best - we had had much better pub meals elsewhere throughout Ireland and England in much less time with similar prices. We did not eat there again in our 3 day stay."

What did you like the most?: "Proximity to heathrow and the underground station at Hutton cross, made life easy to travel to the city or airport. The hoppa shuttle bus picks up at the hotel for 4£
Restaurant was ok, with a good breakfast. I thought the staff throughout, particularly the trainees were all most welcoming and helpful"
