What did you like the most?: "Staff very slow seemed like an on going training was in place, took nearly 30 minutes to book in !!
Went for breakfast and was told we needed to book a full English Breakfast we were never told of this so ended up with orange juice and bread and jam, prison food would have been better.
Would never book this hotel again ever."

What did you like the most?: "This hotel is not expensive and is not far from the airport London Gatwick.
The hotel is about 5 mins by taxi from the train station Croydon East. From there it is only about 10 mins by train."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The hotel name suggests that you will stay in an IBIS hotel. However, it can't be compared with any other IBIS hotel I have stayed before. The hotel and rooms are badly maintained. During my stay, I entered the room late in the evening and the lights in the room didn't work. Someone from the hotel staff 'had a brief look at it and said that they didn't know what was wrong. After saying "please wait" he disappeared and didn't come back. Water pressure was too low to use the shower properly. The breakfast is very simple and not really the IBIS Style i am used too."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "Its no where near the tube, so getting into London itself is a nightmare unless you want to drive into the centre of town. There is a bus stop right outside, but the Tube is a much better way to travel."
