- "The restaurant was first class with excellent food and service both at breakfast and dinner.

- "We had booked a room for David and Gloria Stimson with breakfast and a room in the name of David for our son without breakfasat. at a cost of £291,96. The receptionist was adamant the cost was £334.50 as my son was also booked for breakfast and couldn't understand where we got the lower figure from. She blamed booking.com and was unhelpful and rude. We insisted that Premier must honour the original price and to speak to someone in higher authority. Within 30 minutes she knocked on our door, apologised profusely and said a refund of £42.54 had been made. By then the dammage had been done. One daywe forgot to remove our "do not disturb" sign and our room was not cleaned even though the key was in reception for over 8 hours during the day and the recprionist saw us leave! Used to support Premier Inns but would think long and hard before going back, particularly this one with their attitued."

- "Saturday 18th was the hottest day/night of the year and air-condidtioning would have been very welcome, the fan really couldn't cope and the windows (for security's sake) could only be opened a fraction."
