What did you like the most?: "Good location. Friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Food provided during the two day course at lunch was not adequate. Sandwiches. Pizza. No fruit or salad supplied. No drinks on the first day. Menu could have been a little more varied."

What did you like the most?: "It was in a convenient location. I was expecting something bigger but it
was a lot smaller. The free parking and free wifi did make up for some
of what I was expecting. It was fairly clean."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "When I booked through booking.com I asked for an extra bed in a double room, when I arrived, they didn't have this but agreed to set it up. When we entered the room, it was very small with hardly any room to move let alone having 3 people staying in the room. When we asked for a bigger room, it was the same size and we still had no space. Eventually we asked for a suite and it was bigger and the sofa was a sofa double bed so we paid the extra cost. The room had a kettle and tea/coffee but no fridge which I was surprised at. We didn't opt for breakfast as we eat vegetarian food and entering the hotel you could smell the bacon and alcohol which didn't really help."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "I had booked room for 3 people but the facility was not provided till i had to remind them three times and they could not provide the facility but luckly the night staff was good and gave us an extra room free of charge"

What did you like the most?: "The hotel had no record of my reservation through Booking.com but to
their huge credit upgraded us to a suite (a room with an extra sofa!!)
for free and had no issues at all. Well done."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Upon checking out there were two front of house staff having a vociferous argument in the bar area resulting in one of them being sent home early by another while we were waiting at the desk. This extremely uncomfortable and even more so unprofessional."
