The service at breakfast was very poor, there was a party in the lobby that went on until the early hours keeping everyone awake with very loud dance music. The whole place smelt bad and there was builders rubble left laying around the corridoors."

- "The Sunday lunch was good with a nice choice of roast meats and vegetables. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant bright and welcoming.
Our sea view room was good and the bed comfortable. There was room to sit and enjoy the view." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "On the second day of our visit a coach party arrived and we felt we were pushed into the background in order to serve them, although we did keep our window table throughout. The A La Carte Menu was withdrawn and we were restricted to the Table d'Hote Menu for our dinner, which was not always to our liking."

- "We went to this hotel as it was convenient for Palm Bay where the Kent Coastal Marathon was being held. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they telephoned us previously to our stay to advise us that a wedding was being held and wanted to warn us that there would be extra noise,which for us was not a problem."

- "I suppose we must find a negative. Our room was very nice and bright, we had a sea view and the shower was powerful and clean. Our only gripe albeit small was the main lights did not work although the side bed lamps were adequate. We did tell the reception in the morning and they apologised saying it was probably the trip switch and they would sort it. That evening on our return to the hotel being Sunday the main lights still did not work we advised them again. Aplogising they said someone would come and deal with it, unfortunately still nobody came, it was not a real problem as we did have bathroom lights and bedside lights. I would recommend the Sunday carvery, very nice with plenty and the choice of sweets were great. Breakfast was very good although they did put a bit too much vinegar in the poached eggs. Serving staff were very nice, friendly and very obliging."
