- "Sorry to say this - DAMP!! Overwhelming smell of damp on entering. Good quality furniture, wall coverings, all deteriorating because of the damp. Almost certainly caused by a lack of proper ventilation as result of creating a discrete apartment from what would have been a room in a big house. Double glazing and blocking up the fireplace doesn't help. Such a pity; lovely concept, lovely room but can't recommend"
