What did you like the most?: "Good location near Railway station, bus stop and supermarket. Good wifi connection and free parking. Helpful staff at night time, I don't know those staff in the morning since we always go out early."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "There is no towel prepared in our room when we check in. We guessed they dont provide towels.We only know they provide towel on the 2nd day when a staff asked us whether we need to change the towels or not.Which mean our room is not ready prepared before we check in?! The breakfast is expensive cost 10 POUND per person. The bed is too soft, it strange that they put a 48" mattress in a 54"size bed, so there is a gap. Small room. no air-con. Quite noisy with the bus running 24 hrs, you can hear clearly the people talk on the street when they pass through. Need to charge 4% extra if you pay by credit card. Quite a lot~"

It was usefully located for travel into central London. The station is only 5 minutes easy walking away and travel takes about 40 minutes to Waterloo and costs less than £12 day return (2012).
Room price acceptable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I was disappointed to be charged £9.99/day for cereal and toast. Perhaps there could be two tier charges for continental/cooked breakfasts."

What did you like the most?: "Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with respects to train in/out of London. Near Heathrow airport, which is exactly what we wanted. Good price, even during the Olympics!!!"

What did you like the most?: "My wife and I used the Ambassador hotel when we were in London for the rugby at Twickenham. We arrived by car and found the hotel very easily and the hotel is very close to the mainline railway, which makes it easy to use public transport to get to the stadium (a couple of stops away). The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom well appointed."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The only slight downside is the limited amount of on site parking, although we managed to find on-street parking close by."
