What did you like the most?: "It was clean and well kept."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "I was not charged the price I agreed on with booking.com. I was overchaged and then asked to provide an additional £5. I was made to feel uncomfortable on checking in. Was told I had to have a national insurance ID (I'm visiting from Canada) and was chastized for not having my passport available for ID.. If it hadn't been so late, I would have left. (IT's also a little difficult to locate)"

What did you like the most?: "Wifi access tea and coffe access"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Very noisy can hear next door rooms music,conversations,TV ,mobile phones ringand some rooms clients were smoking despite warnings. Door slapping shut downstairs-had to go downstairs and ask 3 male housekeeping staff to be quiet. Floors creaky Curtins in my room need cleaning Duvet cover should be replaced,appearance worn out! Mattress in my room extremely soft. Carpets near shower units need replacing-smell of dampness Wallpaper that is peeling is most unattractive"

What did you like the most?: "Its location was convenient to us. Parking was free."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was pokey with a low ceiling and the bed sagged in the middle. In general I would not recommend but would say it is useable if needed."
