- "Inconvenience of only 1 room key [2nd not available from reception] Sitting down for breakfast at 0900 and waiting until 0940 for a cooked english [well cooked] to arrive."

- "Room excessively hot - radiator was shut off but the supply pipe which ran through the room was very hot. This led to a most uncomfortable. Night. This problem must be addressed as a priority since the hotel could undeservably loose customers"

- "Central location ideal for the Racecourse. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant both nights, the food was very good and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again."
