What did you like the most?: "location"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "stayed last year so booked againg this year.hotel room need a new fridge as the one in room did not work.Bedside lamp falling off wall .Tv would go on and off.toilet seat broken and facing sideways. On ring reception told could send some to fix fridge when they came on at 11.30pm"

Is there anything you didn't like?: "The bed,very uncomfortable. Made you roll into the middle. No fresh air,couldn't open the window."

What did you like the most?: "I liked the fact there was a gym/pool. The place was also easy to get to and just a 2 minute walk from Hounslow Central tube station. Cannot comment on food as did not eat there but literature indicated that there was a good choice of foods. It's good as an overnight stop for Heathrow or the like but don't expect too much!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "While it's good there was a pool, it had seen better days. Missing tiles abound. Jacuzzi was not working. I always feel a good way to rate a hotel is by the state of the carpets. The carpets here are pretty bad - marked and not cleaned properly but luckily the room didn't have carpets. The bathroom had a broken hot water tap and mildew in the cracks of the tiles. Was sharing with a friend and the single beds were just about wide enough to sleep on. Like the pool, the room has seen better days and was looking tired. The staff I spoke to, while polite, clearly did not speak English as a first language and difficulty was had on both sides understanding conversation. The view from my room was directly into an office block. Hounslow itself, well, the less said the better!"
