What did you like the most?: "easy access to motorways - plenty of parking - bus and tube routes into london."

What did you like the most?: "Was pleasantly surprised with our large bedroom with settee area and entrance lobby. Much larger and brighter than some of the dog boxes you get in central London. Tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits were an added bonus.Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant meals were good value, also breakfast. Bus right outside door takes you to Osterley Station. By booking online we got a good rate and would not hesitate staying here again. It served all our needs."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "A few minor things. Lighting in room quite dim and needs brighter central lighting. It would be nice to have Wi fi in rooms as well in public area. Planes were a little noisy at times, but expected due to hotel's location. We got used to it."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "nothing major, but I notice the draining from the wash basin is very slow!"

What did you like the most?: "The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The room was very
spacious and the bed was fairly comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as
well. We are very happy with the hotel and will book it whenever we stay
in London."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room definitely needs upgrading. This room didn't have proper double glazing so that the noise from the aeroplanes was very loud. I had to go out and buy some ear plugs on Saturday morning. The television didn't work at all. In fact, a couple of the buttons appear to have been deliberately disabled. It would have been nice to watch Freeview or listen to some music. Additionally, we wanted to get a drink at about 11.30 (on Saturday night) but were unable to do so - the bar was shut and there was no room service. It was also a very strange bed - it squeaked and creaked a lot - it was one of those beds which pulls out of the wall. Apart from being noisy, however, it was comfortable to sleep on."
