- "We've stayed in this hotel twice now. The beds are really uncomfortable, the carpets are threadbare, one of the lifts always seems to be out of order - basically, the hotel is tired and really needs some money spent on it. Some of the staff are quite off-handed which is disappointing. It's a shame as the location is lovely."

- "Room was Far too hot even with window open and fan on!! Treatment room was small and the spa room ceiling was peeling paint not very relaxing at all."
